Hi, I'm Ritchie — an Instructional Designer and Learning Experience Strategist with 8+ years helping organizations transform complex knowledge into engaging, measurable learning journeys.
My approach sits at the intersection of cognitive load theory, UX design, and performance consulting. Whether I'm designing a branching Storyline simulation, a microlearning series, or a full curriculum map, I always start with the end behavior in mind and work backwards to the experience.

Built immersive, interactive sales and training experiences using C#, Unreal Engine, and Unity 3D.
